Joining the waitlist
If you can't find a date that works, the waitlist is the fastest way to secure your appointment when a slot becomes available.
How it works:
Click Join Waitlist on the booking calendar
Select your preferred date, date range, or choose "Any date" for the next available opening
Add a preferred time range if you have one — you can save up to five preferences
Enter your details and confirm — you'll receive an email straight away
When a slot opens that matches your preferences, you'll receive a text message with a direct link to book. The slot is first-come, first-served, so booking quickly is recommended.
You can cancel your waitlist request at any time — just use the link in your confirmation email.
