With Nano Brows, pigment is implanted into the skin using a digital machine and causes much less trauma to the skin, the artist is able to select the right needle for your skin type and style. Whereas microblading uses a single handheld microblade which can be more traumatic to the skin and may not be suitable for mature skin. The main difference in method means Nano brows are suitable for all skin types and last much longer in the skin whereas microblading is only suitable for normal/dry skin, not oily/combination.

Nano Brows often appear more natural due to the use of a finer needle and advanced machine technique, resulting in softer, “fluffy” hairstrokes which can overlap like natural hairs. Microblading uses a manual blade for “crisp” hair strokes, which cannot overlap and can sometimes look less subtle and may not age as well on the skin.

Results typically last anywhere between 2 - 3 years, depending on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle. Annual touch-ups help maintain the realistic look over time.

Yes, Nano Brows can be a good choice for clients who have previously had microblading. Your artist will assess your skin and existing pigment before treatment. Sometimes laser removal of previous spmu may be needed for best results.

Clients often describe the sensation as light scratching rather than pain, no more painful than tweezing.

The healing period spans 4 to 6 weeks, with brows initially appearing darker before softening as they heal. Scabbing around day 4 is normal, with final results visible after 4 weeks.

Following aftercare advice is crucial for best results. Keeping your new brows dry for 2 weeks post treatment is key.

Days 1-14:

• Expect your brows to look darker and bolder

• Your brows may start to flake or peel - This is totally normal!

• Resist the urge to scratch or pick at your brows!

• Keep your brows completely dry. Avoid water, sweat, and moisture.

• Apply the provided aftercare cream sparingly only if your brows feel tight or dry.

• There may still be some light scabbing, so avoid touching, picking, or scratching scabs or dry skin.

• Continue avoiding makeup, heavy sweating, or exposure to steam and sunlight.

Week 3 :

• As the skin heals pigments will fade slightly as if tracing paper is over your skin, but don’t worry they’ll reappear when the skin renews.

• Your new brows are almost healed!

After Week 4 :

• The colour starts to reappear and look more natural

• You may resume your normal skincare routine, but avoid harsh exfoliants or chemical peels for at least 30 days.

• Always wear sunscreen to protect your brows and maintain color vibrancy.

DO NOT
- Allow your brows to get wet!
- Use a washcloth or anything abrasive on your tattoo
- Pick or scratch at your tattoo
- Apply any make up on the brow area for at least 3 days. Be careful when applying daily skincare products and make up around the area
- Exercise or excessively sweat for at least 10 days.

AVOID
- Saunas, steam rooms, hot baths/showers, swimming pools or facial treatments for 14 days post treatment or until all scabbing has healed
- Sun beds and sunbathing for at least 14 days.
