Meet Charlotte
Charlotte’s journey into the beauty industry began over 15 years ago, driven by a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Holding a Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences and Business Management from Chichester College, alongside advanced qualifications in Education and Training from Cambridge Regional College, Charlotte combines clinical knowledge with an educator’s precision and attention to detail. Her foundation in both science and teaching ensures that every treatment is delivered with technical excellence, safety and clarity.
Charlotte developed a deep understanding of skin health and facial anatomy while working for a leading, renowned skincare brand across the UK and Australia. Immersed in advanced skin education and results-driven treatment protocols, she gained invaluable experience in assessing skin types, understanding product formulation and delivering luxury client care at the highest standard. This global experience continues to influence the meticulous, skin-first approach at Cambridge Brow Sanctuary.
Charlotte believes true expertise requires continual refinement. She regularly invests in advanced training, pigment science education, cosmetic procedure masterclasses and technique development to ensure her clients benefit from the most current, safe and effective practices available and recently Cosmedic Supplies “Tech of the month”.
With a strong belief that beauty is about enhancing what is already there, Cambridge Brow Sanctuary was created as a calm, welcoming space where every client can relax, knowing they are in expert hands. Each treatment is delivered as a luxurious experience, carefully tailored to the individual.
Charlotte has completed specialist training in conscious cancer care through TPOT (The Power of Touch), equipping her with the knowledge and empathy to support clients navigating the physical and emotional effects of compromised health. This compassionate approach extends to every semi-permanent brow treatment, creating an environment where clients feel safe, seen and supported. Whether experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia or another medical condition, the goal is always to help clients feel more like themselves — enhancing natural beauty with care, precision and dignity.
From beautifully defined HD Brows and lash lifts to bespoke, hyper-realistic Nano brows and soft Ombré Powder Brows, every treatment is delivered with precision, exceptional hygiene standards and a luxury spa experience at its heart.
